While custom designed homes in Brisbane have a reputation for being more expensive than homes from project builders, this is not always the case. Although project homes will almost probably have a lower base price, changes to standard floor plans will cause the cost of the build to increase significantly. Additionally, optional design elements can be expensive, which has a large impact on the final price.
Our clients quickly understand that building a custom designed home is much more affordable than they first thought. At our initial meeting with you, we discuss your lifestyle, ideas, budget and goals and answer any questions you have. We explain our philosophy and what we can do to achieve your goals. We do this meeting onsite to get a greater understanding and appreciation for the land and discuss any aspects of the land that will impact design.
